As it relates to being anti-racist, the big challenge for businesses going forward is to actually commit to and do the hard work that is needed to make things right. It'll take people within businesses standing up to look at internal policies and practices, evolve culture, and educate people across all levels. This accountability circle is for people in decision-making leadership roles at tech companies that are committed to doing the real work it will take to make forward progress, and to hold each other accountable in learning and taking action.
